Fish stock

Just made our first fish stock. Our house smells like it!
4 red snapper fish heads. simmer for 30-45 minutes
parsley
leek
sea salt
fresh crushed pepper
celery
onion quarters
a few slices of carrot
a shake of thyme (because I didn’t have fresh)
tablespoon unsalted raw butter
So fast, easy, and delicious for a Sunday afternoon.
